First move now completed is to replace the Viton O-ring with a Viton disc. When I unscrewed the cover plate there was a bit of leaked fluid. So I hope this replacement solves that until the silicone fluid arrives. The Viton rubber sheet (1.5 mm) smallest size on order was 1.2 sq meter, priced at $400. But the kind lady at a neraby online store had a small sample lying around, and sent it to me at no cost :)
