This is yet another example of the wildly erroneous solutions to the celestial navigation problems in Ocean Navigator. Other examples can be found in the thread starting at http://fer3.com/arc/m2.aspx/Orion-oceannavigator-site-Stuart-feb-2013-g22310 and later renamed Berson's Noon Sun Problem. At least we can take solace in the knowledge that this end of year edition does better than the November/December 2012 one which gives a value of Hs of 38°28.8’ for Ho of 21°46.7’. The errors in the solutions are frequent and pervasive. As Stan's experience shows Ocean Navigator seems entirely uninterested in doing anything about it,
