... And of course, you could install Stellarium on your laptop computer.
Stellarium is also available for Android and iOS (search for "Stellarium Mobile"; $2). When used during the day, it has the annoying feature of "fast forwarding" to sunset in an effort to be helpful---you can fix this in the settings-->time menu by hitting the "set time to now" button. It's also a good idea to turn off the atmosphere so you can see and select things like Venus and Sirius in the daytime sky.
When you select an object and hit the little triangle for more detail, the default display for angles is sexagesimal, FWIW. They're updated several times per second.
