I can match Aubrey's coordinates
10 14 00.77 N 71 28 23.70 W WGS84
12.28 16.52 La Canoa
by defining "La Canoa" as a user datum in my GPS receiver with
parameters
delta A: -251.000 m
delta f*10000: -.14192702
delta x: -289.0 m
delta y: 174.5 m
delta z: -373.4 m
These are a slight modification of Magellan's parameters for the South
American Provisional 1956 datum. I only changed the last three.
