(One of those gizmos from Radio Shack et al that will slide done to a a secure fit, but will not release without cutting it.) To minimize abrasion from hard nylon against the aluminum frame, I picked up a bit of soft tubing from a model shop and slipped it over the nylon-wrap-tie thingy before attaching to the sextant. If not OCD, pieces of soft synthetic cord and a sheet bend could work as well with the camera strap. Bill
