I ought to add that the Galactic lat & long of the observer’s Galactic Zenith, which can be converted into his Earth latitude, will be near
GLat -2.21-58.9=-61.11 GLong 352. NASA has a Galactic to Celestial Coordinate Converter called LAMBDA, but it wouldn’t work for me. DaveP
