I believe that's close. To provide a little more entertainment for the puzzle, I'll add a visual detail. In the Milky Way image as originally posted, I cut out a foreground building intentionally. I left just a hint of it in the odd shape of the cut-out. Here's a nice photo of it, apparently taken from about the same vantage point, looking west, as the earlier Milky Way photo.
