Latitude Wheeler Q Data Update

The attached file is a hand drawn version of the Latitude Wheeler that has Q values updated to Epoch 2025 ( as seen in Pub 249 vol 1). The original Epoch 2000 version of the Latitude Wheeler can be corrected to current Q values or print the PDF to use as is . This can be kept with a Davis MK 3 or stowed in a wallet. Very handy for those in the northern hemisphere. Maybe Frank can check my update data.
