Just for fun, I've also tried what I think is the quickest and dirtiest eyeball method.
Assume LHA=0, so Longitude =sun GHA., for 17.00 =71*59.1'+increment for 38 secs of 9.5'=72*08.9' longitude?
I then did a time sight calculation using the Ho, Dec and Lat and got LHA=0, so looks as if it works?
Please correct and educate me if I have this wrong.
