Latitude and longitude from a photo

I saw this photo last night on bing.com. I know where it is by clicking their info link. But is there a way to figure out the latitude and longitude from the positions of the stars in the photo? I'm thinking about celestial navigation for a class lesson, and I thought I might use this image. Thank you for reading.
