To get the Moon in coincidence with the star fix at latitude 34° 30' N (John Letcher Style) I had to add 3 hours 13 minutes to the Wisconsin watch (assuming PM time set to UT). The fix had the Blue Moon over 45° of longitude to the east of Bermuda. Suggest changing the destination to Casablanca and arresting the Wisconsin man for conspiracy ;-)
