    No no.... The earth expands so its density is less so the rotational speed increases. (This is in keeping with the logic of man made global warming, so it has to be true.)

    Just to bring this back on topic, my Long Term Almanac 2000 - 2050 will continue to be accurate so long as leap seconds are added or subtracted so that the observed rotation of the earth stays in sync with the official almanac algorithms, on which my Long Term Almanac is based.
