In reply to your Liechtenstein Lunar which seems to happen in the part of the world indeed,
- The Moon Limb / Procyon closure rate is slightly under 2.0' during a 10 minute elapsed time. Hence, if your observation is within 0.1' of true Distance, the uncertainty on UT determination is 30s. If it is 0.2' , it translates into a 60 s uncertainty.
- With this in mind, I am deriving UT = 03h40m35s with an uncertainty of probably 1 minute of time, maybe a little less ...
