I saw this on Facebook a few minutes ago. It's been all over the Rhode Island local and regional news, but it's a bit amazing to see a US Senator take note of it... accompanied by a photo that specifically displays the insane light show it produces, though only hinting at the overwhelming brightness.

PS: For those of you outside our benighted land, yes, it's true: one of the US Senators from the state of Rhode Island is named Whitehouse. Probably a good name on the path to Washington, DC, though I imagine it would seem too absurd if he ever tried to run to win The White House. The other US Senator from Rhode Island is named Jack Reed, and every now and then I get phone calls from folks who wish to chat with him. Wrong number!
