Sadly I read very little Spanish and getting short technical bits translated is somewhat problematic.
I've quoted their technical specs below for the list. I'm not sure what "NAV
XXI - Cod. 015" means but if that is similar to the US COLREGS, it appears
that this light has a range of 2-3 nm which would make it legal as a masthead
lights for vessels under 12m in length. Still...that's not a very bright
light. For a sailor in crowded inshore waters, trying to stand out from
background clutter...
