    Well, you can use the "Return messages posted between: " function to
    limit the search to a given month (and also by subject, author,
    keyword, etc.). Don't know what else you're looking for, but since it's
    a free service I kinda doubt that Google would be amenable to setting
    up a specialized search engine just for this group.
