This is a (hopefully very minor) problem. Not an example of a discussion going where it goes, about a topic relevant to the original query and subject line - both posted here recently by Frank. Who has apparently decided to end this conversation just as it appears to interest a number of people, all of whom seem to have sensible things to say on something we have every reason to be concerned about: the archives ...
Without long, long experience I would venture a guess that heavy handed management could also sour ...
Don't get me wrong, Frank is quite right: this meta stuff is a chore and a bore. I'd much rather read and write about nav. But I wish Frank wouldn't run the whole show quite so obviously ... And while I'm wishing; still live in hope that someone with lots of time will put up their hand and keep the other list running. It can't be that hard . Dan Hogan says that it involves mostly a few regular chores: helping people to sign themselves on and off and the like. Apart from that you can do strictly nothing. Please.

Mmm....I say this not as a list manager, but as a person with long, long experience...
So go to it...
