As I mentioned a few days ago, I'm changing the schedule for my interactive web meetings or "Office Hours". I need the weekends for classes in the next few weeks. The early or Atlantic session of "Office Hours" will now happen on Fridays at 1:00pm Eastern US time. The later Pacific "Office Hours" session will still be on Sunday evenings at 7:00pm Eastern US time. Each session lasts at least forty minutes. A couple of times we have chatted for twice as long :). Since the time changes from "Daylight Time" or "Summer Time" occur in the next two weeks on different dates in different countries, I'm not going to translate those times to UT. They will occur at fixed Eastern US time. I trust you all can figure it out. :)
As usual, here's the link with links: http://www.reednavigation.com/talk/.
These sessions continue to be hosted on Webex, which is "like Zoom but not Zoom". I have attempted to contact Zoom tech support in the past two weeks to see if they have done anything to restore "720p" video quality (which they shut down in April for most users) but have been treated to the usual "run-around". Webex still has higher video quality.
Hope to see some of you tomorrow! Thanks!
