Attached are the RIC reductions for this mornings Sun observation. Compare the cosine haversine RIC to the haversine RIC and you will see in column A there is an extra 1-sum step and column B there is a conversion of zenith distance to calculated altitude (Hc) step. John Brown has suggested a short cut for the zenith distance result to avoid a conversion to Hc to get an intercept.
