The attached shows a compact haversine table of only 4 pages (every 10' four place) with a hand made interpolation card. The interpolation card is most useful when extracting an arc haversine to get zenith distance. This gets the job done for sight reduction or great circle sailing to the nearest 1'f using the pure haversine Doniol formula as presented by Hanno Ix.
