Thanks Hanno,
I don’t know if Peter or Robin may be interested? I assume Peter would be happy for me to use his current scales to make an Otis King Replica for personal use? If he could generate a sin scale same dimensions as the current log scale, (with red cosine numbers going in the opposite direction), that would be just like my current mini fuller cos 2 which works perfectly for all celnav calcs using the cosine formulae. This should give us a slightly more compact and easier to read “big trig Otis King”. Slightly bigger than the original, possibly more accurate, but smaller than my mini fuller 2 and not needing the magnifiers to read the scales. Should be the perfect celnav slide rule I think!

Francis,
I have no program, or rather I have no experience with programs I have, to make
scales that would pass muster. One list member who makes very, very accurate scales is Robin Start. Another one is Peter Murta who has made a scale for the Otis but that one is a log() scale. I might try my hand on making scales in the future. But that would not help you right now.

Uhm, might i be so bold as to suggest a more accurate name " francis trig king" would still give tribute and describe the thing well.
