The iSlideRuleHD is interesting, but not really useful at this point because you can only see 8.5" of it at a time on an iPad. So unless the numbers you want to multiply or divide happen to be in view in that span you're out of luck. What it needs is a way to lock the scales in place once you've set them so that you can shift the whole thing to the spot where the answer is. It's possible there is such a feature; I just got it this afternoon. (I'll have to pass this comment along to the guys who developed it.)
