John, you can also change Weems' formulas to sines and cosines since they are reciprocals of secants and cosecants. Then they work with a slide rule.
I noted when I went to the site that the book is "Public Domain".
One copy of the 1944 edition is on Amazon - $35.

I have just downloaded some of the Weems Secant Time Sight pages from the Hathi Trust in a couple of minutes. I didn't need the actual tables of secants and cosecants, as they are in my copies of Nories, Burtons 4 and 5 figure tables, Bowditch and a plethora of other sources.
