Hello!
Recently the topic of a table for longterm Sun's GHA and Dec was mentioned, apparently referring to this publication.
Unfortunately even the "enhanced" version of How-To accompanying that table is rather cryptic (to say it mildly).
I wonder - what is behind all those look-up tables and corrections to further corrections? Where can I read about the topic?
As it is published - it looks like an example of the Rules the mariners of Old had to learn by heart and execute as robots...
