Yes, the first place I looked was the computerized card file at my local public library. Nothing showed up there.
From Frank, it appears that the thing is not a book at all, I thought it was. Seems that it is/was a program, one that has been around for a number of years. I was however not aware of it, which might go to show how much I know.
