The Resilient Navigation and Timing Foundation?
See : https://rntfnd.org
Alexandria, VA - convenient to all government offices.
Non profit.
Corporate partners include Google and SAE. All others sound very official but I don’t recognize many of them.
I don’t see anything about a public need for a backup navigation system.
I may have to beg forgiveness later but it looks like advocacy for profit from precision location measurement. I can imagine “For $400 billion we can build you a super system and charge you to use it.”
