After reading Greg R. reply I looked up Martin Vaz island. Re-reading your post (LAN -3 hours GIVE or TAKE 15 minutes ) I relized that LAN could have been as late as 1403Z. I used AP 20d 30m S and 28d 51m W and figured you were about 7 miles SE of Martin Vaz Is.
