Lunar Distance Tables

Does anyone make regular use of the Lunar Distance Tables that are available via thenauticalalmanac.com ( https://thenauticalalmanac.com/Lunar_Distance_Tables.html ) ?
I've been using the Stark Tables, and it seems like the Lunar Distance Tables above effectively cut the work in half by eliminating the need to calculate the hourly distances from scratch. If there are any disadvantages to using the tables above, I would appreciate knowing about them. Thanks in advance!
