Lunars: how to use the prop.log tables?
    From: Tony Oz
    Date: 2016 Aug 30, 04:09 -0700

    Hello!

Could someone give me a hint on the usage of the Proportional logarithms table?

Lets assume it is 2015-Jan-01 and after all the reduction and clearing I end up with the 80° angle between the Moon and Jupiter.

Looking here I see that the angle fits between the two precomputed entries:

    • 12:00 UT, 84° 35'.2, PL 2620
    • 15:00 UT, 82° 56'.8, PL 2628

    What do I do next?

    Thank you in advance.

    Tony
