What do you base your statement that "the Latitude [is] apparently computed for a position 2h 10m earlier" on? As the local time is calculated from the same sun altitude that is used for the lunar reduction, I would say that the (not recorded) noon latitude have been brought forward by dead reckoning to the time of the lunar observation.
