"MICA 2.0, the new version of the U.S. Naval Observatory's computer almanac [...] Time span is now 1800 - 2050" I just want to repeat my recommendation of SOLEX which includes many of the same features as MICA at very high accuracy and covers tens of thousands of years instead of hundreds.
