The use of the Magnetic Compass and the Sextant is now on Face Book "Navigation &Let's learn Navigation. Also on you tube type "Magnetic Compass and Sextant."
I am still trying to get a change in the teaching of using the center of a triangle for a fix as taught in all civilian Schools & text, I put my Franklin Piloting in to the video. For the second example, I used a Variation correction of 10W degrees in a 15W area, and corrected the 5W left over.FPT. corrected the error perfectly. Try it your like it.
