I should have mentioned this:
When using the Sight Reduction & Fix Tool of Celestial Tools, when set for "Show Ho corrections as SR Form", the Main and Additional Corrections are rounded to the nearest 0.1', but when set for "Show Ho corrections as Parameters", refraction, parallax, and semi-diameter are shown rounded to 0.001', so the effects of very small changes in time can be seen.
