I have edited the copy of Martelli's Time Sight tables originally from UC as follows:
1) front cover reduced to original label only.
2) back cover and a number of blank back pages and library stamps deleted.
3) about ten duplicate pages near the beginning of the main table deleted.
4) various "watermarks" removed.
5) images moderately compressed for smaller file size.

Note: if you want a hard-copy and don't want to waste your own ink, you can take this PDF to a middle range "copy shop" like a "Staples" here in the US, and they can print the tables up in a bound form for you. There are quite a few options, and it's not expensive (considering it's a single copy).

By the way, Hewitt, since you mentioned your copy, apparently a new printing from the same original pdf, has fainter pages in one section, you might check to see if you have duplicate pages near the beginning of the main table.
