This post notes another example of CelNav(ish) in pop culture. I stumbled upon a music video for a song by Mark Knopfler, collaborating with James Taylor, titled "Sailing to Philadelphia".The story line discusses the marking of the Mason-Dixon Line. At 1:45 in the video there is a telescopic instrument for measuring altitudes. There are images of some historic markers as well. I came for the sailing ship in the opening shot. I stayed for the history lesson.
