I know you asked about using the printed almanac. Since others have already answered that, here is my answer using Excel; varying input UT until Sun’s GHA matches your longitude gives: UT = 18h 21m 24s, which is 13h 21m 24s Central Daylight Time, so we agree! Please see attachments - this trial and error procedure took about half a minute.
