As earlier announced, here-below a comparison of our results.
I have used a method similar to the one published by Jean Meeus in Astronomical Algoritms .

Sean C. SeanC-apr-2020-g47392 | 10:37:52 UT1 on 20 March, 2020 2,546 arcseconds | at about 17:30:30 UT1 on 31 March, 2020 3,260 arcseconds |
Antoine M. Couëtte Couëtte-mar-2020-g47377 | 20 March 2020 close to 10:37:21 UT (TT-UT = 69,7 s) 2,546 arc seconds | 31 March 2020 close to 10:32:15 UT (TT-UT = 69,7 s) 3,260 arc seconds |
All results are almost the same. And the method derived by Sean is quite efficient !
