There are socket wrenches for square nuts! Try searching for "square nut sockets".
Much more likely candidates will be "8 point" sockets. These are readily available and most probably in your required size.
Please measure across the diagonal (for and along one flat side, obtaining two separate measurements and share those dimensions.
We should also take care to know the inner diameter of the circular surround, but the socket can always be ground down to fit inside the circle.

The W&P looks like a C.Plath Navistar Classic actually . The C&P is different but does share some parts. The 1.5 mm hex should still be a fit for the W & P. Worth a gamble.
