When I see this, I think this is not the best construction.
The white base plate looks like one HDPE cutting board.
That 's a plastic white high temp expansion. (As most plastics do)
When the Sun shines on the top the top will expand and the
base plate is no longer flat. This can influence the accuracy.
No idea how much distortion, but keep this in mind.
