My one comment on this is that I have multiple email accounts. Whenever a message is sent under an account that is not registered with the Nav-L list, it gets bounced back. This may be part of the problem. A solution would be to re-register with Nav-L whenever switching personal email accounts, and to watch which account you use to send email to the list.
