.. with 2 erros corrected: one (minor) about Dave Walden's e-mail dated early august 2016, and
a more important one, since the Classical Method benchmarks are the "Cleraed Distances", and not the "Predicted Geocentric Distances".
No other significant error, (hopefully) ...
