I was thinking more of an adjustment to a PHRF rating. I think the Bermuda race has a separate CN class (which is cool) but if PHRF is adjusted then all sailboats can compete head to head equally.

Date: 2015 Feb 12, 18:11 +0000That's already done on at least one race, the Marion - Bermuda "cruising" race (more of a casual race for cruising boats than the race it alternates with, the Newport - Bermuda race which is for flat-out racing boats). Boats that do not use GPS are given a handicap advantage.
