I think you have those times off a bit.
The almanac makes them 0114, 0223, 0345 and 0454 GMT. Your clocks, like
mine, are currently on ADST or Z+3, so your clock times for the events
should be 2214, 2323, 0045 and 0154.
You seem to have calculated the times for Z+5, or CDST, which would suit
an observer in Manitoba.
