    Yes indeed, it is clearly stated on the second page of the notes from the class.  I even remember reading it.  Somehow I think one has to knock one's self out actually working these problems in real life before they become "real" and the concepts stick.   I remember being amazed on my first lunar observation in January how fast the moon was moving eastward!   Despite being "glued" to the sky relative to the sun on any given day for most earthlings.  But, having worked four of these recently, I think it is all in place now.   Last lunar taken Friday resulted in an Error in Lunar of -.01', or in Longitude of 0d03.0'.   These are so much more convenient rather  than having to run down to the shore everytime I want to shoot.   Great class!  Thanks for that and for the thoughtful followups with my questions since.
