Well, sort of. That document replaces the actual Air Almanac. It's a bait and switch! You will discover if you open that pdf that it does not contain any actual navigational data --only planning data, e.g. times of twilight, moonrise, moonset, etc. It's something produced as a "labour of love" in-house at HMNAO. It's not fit for navigation.
