I usually work out the corrections with a calculator. Here's the values I arrived at for the corrections in the order I apply them:
Refraction = -0.0167°/tan(H+7.32/(H+4.32)) = -1.7'
31°01.9' - 1.7' = 31°00.2'
Parallax in altitude = HP·cos(H) = 50.8'
31°00.2' + 50.8' = 31°51.0'
Semi-diameter = 0.2724·HP = 16.2'
31°51.0' + 16.2' = 32°07.2'
