Moon total correction- round it up?

Should the Moon's total correction for a LL observation be rounded up?
For example
Date 10/9/2014
GMT= 01:10:24
Hs= 27d 15min
HP= 59.6
Moon total correction figure= 66.9
The HP is closer to 60 than it is 59.
What would you suggest?
