I also asked myself this question. There is no answer in the Almanac. But then when I wrote the exact formula after Frank's hint, and compared with the Almanac, I realized that Moon's SD in the almanac is a very rough estimate, which seems to be always less than the true value, so I lost interest to this question. I wonder what do they include it for.
