As an exercise in using postscript I generated the Martelli tables, but modified Table V to respond with local hour angle. If I put on my snake oil... err... marketing hat, I could claim, New! Improved! because the originals were occasionally incorrectly rounded. In both of his examples, the new tables (with eyeball interpolation) are slightly closer to the calculator results.
