LOL....And I thought flying was so simple...just throw yourselves at the ground and miss.....
I'll stick to water...the screw ups are softer....
Definition of a good pilot: same number of takeoffs and landings.
I still marvel you guys do CNAV while remaining in more or less in upright and level flight.
You have my admiration.
I will say that water has been challenge enough on several occasions.....seawater pouring down the companion way hatch every 15 seconds after 36 hours with hardly any sleep....trying to figure out 1. Where the bleep I am...with nothing working and no ships batteries in the dark and... 2. How to stay afloat long enough to tell wild stories at the tavern....
I like slower moving methodical thinking....problem seems to me in air travel is the ground comes up to fast and seems unforgiving......
